Returns
Returns or exchange:
If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return these to us whitin 7 days (if they are unused and in original packaging).
The return costs are at your expense if you cancels the order after the order is shipped to you.
Please contact us before returning goods. This can be done by email, fax or e-mail. We need at least your full name and invoice number.
For the repayment of money (by prepayment), we also need your bank account. Customers from abroad also need to add IBAN and BIC / SWIFT number from their own bank number.
Note: the account that you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account that you pay to us did. This i.v.m. Any fraudulent refunds.
Cooling-down period:
You have a cooling off period of 7 working days without reason to return the product. Exception to this are for you or assembled products especially for products ordered. The product can only be returned if the product is still unused in original packaging intact and unopened return is sent. You will account for the cost of the return.
Any money paid (including shipping) should take place within 30 days to pay you back.
